Merry Christmas everyone. We spent the last couple of days going through shops and getting ready for a relaxing Christmas. Santa managed to make the trip this far south, and we all had a wonderful morning opening presents. Because we left tradition behind in Edmonton, we decided to have a totally different Christmas dinner and roasted a Tur-Duc-Hen. This is a partially deboned turkey stuffed with a chicken, then a duck (both partially deboned as well) and finally stuffed with a creole rice dressing. It was surprisingly good. The meal was completed with mashed potatoes, veggies, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Yum!!
just saying hi, have a good new year, drink lots nothings better than being hung over when you are retired. at least thats what i’ ve heard from a wise old man. i know it dosen’ t make sense but i don’t most of the time any ways . live ya lots.
